You may register the product warranty for your new fitness equipment with Dyaco Canada Inc. in one of two ways: contact our bilingual customer service department toll free by telephone at 1-888-707-1880; or fill out and submit an online warranty registration form by following the link here.

Why was I able to add an item to my cart but received an out of stock message when I tried to purchase it?

Items are not able to be taken out of inventory until an order has been completed. Items in a cart can not be reserved and will be removed if that item sells out before such time as the transaction is complete.

How do I contact customer service?

Call Dyaco Canada’s bilingual customer service toll-free at 1-888-707-1880 or email customer service.

What does "in home" use mean?

What information should I have ready when I contact customer service?

If you contact customer service, please ensure you have the following information ready: your fitness equipment’s model number, the date of purchase (a copy of your receipt may be required) and any required part numbers. The model and part numbers are located in your user manual.

What is covered under the manufacturer's warranty?

Typically frame, parts, and a limited labour period are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty coverage and timeframe may differ according to the product and model number. Details of all warranty periods are outlined in your user manual.

What is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty?

Misuse, abuse, and/or use of the equipment in a dues paying facility will not be covered in any way by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Where can I find a parts diagram for my product?

A parts diagram is located in your user manual.

Where is the ideal location to set up and use my fitness equipment?

Any location in your home that is level and will remain clean and dry is an ideal area to set up and use your fitness equipment.

Where is the serial number of my fitness product located?

Your equipment’s serial number is printed on the white and orange sticker located on its frame. The location is also shown in your user manual.

I purchased fitness equipment as a gift. Who is covered under the manufacturer's warranty?

The manufacturer’s warranty applies solely to the original owner—not purchaser—of the product. In the event of a sale of your fitness equipment, manufacturer’s warranties are not transferable even if they have not lapsed at the time of product transfer to a new owner.

Why does my user manual suggest I plug the power source for my equipment into a 15 amp dedicated circuit?

Based on the amount of current the equipment requires, any other appliance running on the same circuit may cause it to overload and trip the breaker.

How can I obtain a new copy of my user manual?

You may obtain a PDF copy of your user manual here. If you do not see your model number listed please contact our customer service department toll free at 1-888-707-1880. Be sure to include your model number in the comments.

Why is Canadian pricing on SOLE Fitness products higher than in the USA?
