SOLE Fitness is dedicated to enhancing and supporting users in their daily workouts. We have taken it a step further by introducing online fitness classes in the latest version of SOLE+. The app enables users to seamlessly access on-demand workout videos across various categories.
To help users achieve their fitness goals, the customizable goal-setting feature allows them to set daily, weekly, or monthly targets. SOLE+ automatically tracks and calculates these metrics, making it easy for users to monitor their progress.
SOLE offers the flexibility to share workout results with third-party apps like Fitbit, Strava, and others. Users can sync their workout data with their preferred external fitness apps, extending the reach and functionality of the SOLE+ App.
SOLE Fitness offers free threshold delivery on all SOLE equipment orders in Canada except for remote or rural areas or locations where our courier partners do not provide this service. “Threshold Delivery” indicates your equipment will be delivered inside your front door, garage, or the front lobby of your apartment/office building. All threshold deliveries are subject to proper access, allowing for delivery to be made without risk of damage to your property and/or the product, or jeopardising the safety of delivery personnel. Threshold delivery may not be possible in some locations due to carrier limitations.
