SHIPPING & RETURNS
SOLE Fitness offers free threshold delivery on all SOLE equipment orders in Canada except for remote or rural areas or locations where our courier partners do not provide this service. “Threshold Delivery” indicates your equipment will be delivered inside your front door, garage, or the front lobby of your apartment/office building. All threshold deliveries are subject to proper access, allowing for delivery to be made without risk of damage to your property and/or the product, or jeopardising the safety of delivery personnel. Threshold delivery may not be possible in some locations due to carrier limitations.
After placing your order, you will be notified if your order does not qualify for free shipping. A customer service representative will contact you to advise you of the additional cost of shipping your order. Please click here to view a list of postal codes related to restricted shipping areas. Unless you are notified otherwise, all orders will leave our warehouse within 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, the product is in transit for roughly 6 to 10 business days, depending on your exact location.
Be assured that we are doing our utmost to have your Sole Fitness order delivered to you in the most timely manner. However, the demand for carriers continues to be very high due to the unprecedented increase in online ordering across Canada. Therefore, shipping times may take longer than usual.
Your equipment will be shipped to you via one of our freight partners, and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon the shipment of your order. You can track your shipment on the website of the freight carrier. The freight terminal in your area will call prior to delivery to schedule a delivery day that is convenient for you.
